Buying your products could not be easier. Just browse the products pages, and add any items that you wish to buy into your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We only supply to the Uk at present.

We do not have a minimum order value. To enable us to accomodate every budget, but to allow us to do this we have to charge P&P on all orders under £20.00. But then it is a low one at £1.95

We accept most major credit cards and debit cards.

All prices are shown in Great British Pound and all transactions are charged as Great British Pounds.

At the checkout all prices shown include UK Postage & Packaging and V.A.T. with no hidden extras.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation that your order has been processed and dispatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason or there has been an error on the website. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling All prices include UK Postage & Packaging.

Delivery:

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class post. Unless you specify that recorded delivery/ Special delivery is required.

Online tracking is available for all items sent via Recorded Delivery / Special Delivery. by visiting the Royal Mail Webiste www.RoyalMail.co.uk. Please note: You will need to obtain a reference number from us to track your delivery online. Please email your request to tracyjanescrafts@hotmail.co.uk quoting your order number . Note: Not all orders will have tracking available. Items sent standard mail are not trackable.

Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. During busy seasonal periods, delays may occur.
Delivery via Royal Mail should be within 3 -5 working days, however delivery can take up to 14 days.

Back Orders we do not hold products as backorders as a crafter myself I get very frustrated at waiting for products, we try to only except orders for goods we have in stock.

Tax Charges VAT of 17.5% is included on all orders without exception. A VAT invoice will be included with all orders.

Credit Card Security When checkout is completed, you will be directed to the Paypalwebsite for secure payment processing. You will receive a confirmation that your payment has been processed. Please be aware that we do not get passed any details regarding your credit card.
If you would like to pay for your order via cheque or postal orders, please use the contact form page to request that we contact you to arrange acceptance of your order and preferred payment, in these instances goods will be dispatched on reciept of the full payment into our bank account.

Guarantee All products supplied are new unless stated. As such, we can offer any warranty as given by the manufacturer. Please inform us of any faulty or damaged item within one week of delivery.

We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or mis-use.

If you have any questions about our products or your order, please email us. We try to answer e-mails as quickly as possible and you will often get a response over the weekend too, although please be patient as I can be working away some weekends.

As an internet retailer, Customer Service is dealt with by email, so that everyone has a written record of what is happening.

Returns Policy Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy:

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM BEFORE PRIOR CONTACT WITH US
Items which arrive damaged or faulty must be notified by email to us within 7 days of receipt.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened.

You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us. We recommend you use Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery for items valued over £20.

As all prices included P&P, refunds for non-faulty items will be given less the appropriate outgoing postage charge. Refunds for returned items will be made through Protx to the credit/debit card on which the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Please note that we do not refund until the item has been received.

*Please note no responsibility is accepted for goods damaged in transit. If, upon receipt of your goods, the packaging is compromised then contact the post office immediately, keep the packaging or take photographs as evidence for your claim. You can contact us for a copy of the proof of posting to assist your claim.
We accept no responsibility for the non delivery of items. We will obtain a proof of posting receipt for every package sent, and assist you in anyway we can but you will need to make a claim for loss from the post office.
